A positive school climate shows up in daily practice, not in posters or mission statements. Use this checklist to reflect on your own part in access, inclusion, and belonging. It asks whether you use ASL and English consistently so every student has full access, whether inclusive values are lived day to day, whether you treat Deaf perspectives as real expertise, and whether you share responsibility for a strong climate beyond your own classroom. Use it to reflect on your practice and help strengthen the climate across the whole school.
