Use this activity with a school team to strengthen student leadership intentionally. Working through four columns, the group first lists only the leadership and voice structures that exist right now, then names what they want students to be able to do, then circles one or two changes that are realistic within six to twelve months, and finally faces what adults would need to loosen or let go of. The focus stays on growing students, not evaluating adults. Use it to turn good intentions about student voice into concrete, doable next steps.
