School Climate Leadership Team Reflection Worksheet

Strong school climate grows from shared leadership, not individual effort. Use this worksheet as a leadership team to reflect honestly on where you are now and where to focus next. It guides you to rate your climate from emerging to exemplary, look closely at four areas (communication access, respect and inclusion, respect for Deaf knowledge and experience, and leadership modeling and accountability), and then choose one priority. You finish by naming two or three concrete actions for the next 30 to 60 days, who owns them by role, and the observable signs that will tell you it is working.
