The National Center on Deafblindness (NCDB) is a federally funded technical assistance center supporting children and youth (birth–21) who are deafblind, along with their families and educators. Through partnerships with state deafblind projects, NCDB provides research-based resources, training, data (including the National Deafblind Child Count), and family-focused tools to improve educational outcomes and quality of life nationwide.
