Tele-Practice Administrator Checklist (Birth to Three)

Tele-practice is early intervention delivered by video, so a provider can coach and support a family from a distance. Administrators use this checklist to set up services that are secure, accessible, and family-centered. It covers choosing private, reliable platforms, standardizing consent, checking families' technology access, and making sure video is clear enough for ASL. It also prompts you to build coaching around observation, modeling, and feedback; keep documentation aligned with Part C and EHDI early-intervention rules; support family follow-through between sessions; and put coordination protocols in place.
