Initial IFSP Checklist for Families: During the Meeting

You are the expert on your child, and the planning meeting works best when you actively participate in it. Use this checklist during your IFSP meeting, the meeting where your child's early intervention plan (the Individualized Family Service Plan) is written for birth to age three. It reminds you that you can bring support, helps you share what your child enjoys and how they communicate, and gives you sample questions for shaping goals that fit real daily routines.
